Faizal Yusof, Founder and GCEO of OROSIS Sdn Bhd, brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, and corporate leadership. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in strategic growth and sustainable enterprise, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, he combines technical depth with strategic foresight. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning OROSIS as a key player in Malaysia’s shift toward a low-carbon, future-ready economy. Faizal has led infrastructure and renewable energy projects worth over USD 2.5 billion across Asia and the Middle East, advancing solar parks, waste-to-energy systems, and climate-resilient developments.

Previously holding senior positions in public listed companies within the renewable energy and construction sectors, Faizal played a critical role in scaling operations, attracting investment, and embedding sustainability into corporate strategy. His expertise spans sustainable construction, circular economy models, and ESG-linked investments, driving OROSIS’s capability to deliver impactful, forward-looking solutions. As GCEO, he is committed to making OROSIS a regional leader in sustainable infrastructure by integrating low-carbon technologies, smart urban systems, and next-generation engineering — shaping a business model that aligns long-term growth with environmental stewardship.

With over 34 years of experience in the infrastructure, water, and building sectors, and having served as Deputy Director General at the Public Works Department (JKR), as Director , Water supply Department, KeTTHA as well as Commissioner  of Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN), Dato’ Dr. Ir. Hasnul, a registered Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC), possesses extensive expertise in asset maintenance, risk management, and large-scale projects, including water supply dams, flood mitigation systems, sewerage and water supply infrastructure, tunnels, airports, and buildings. He has also contributed significantly to Malaysia’s water industry restructuring and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) initiatives.

A former board member of IWK, Cypark, and MNH, Dato’ Dr. Ir. Hasnul strengthens Orosis capabilities by providing unparalleled technical expertise for innovative and impactful solutions.
