Construction Manager
Kedah, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site construction activities for large-scale solar projects.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, work programme, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, and consultants to meet project milestones.
- Monitor progress, quality, cost, and site safety performance.
- Report regularly on construction status, risks, and mitigation actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale solar or utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Strong background in EPC or construction management.
- Familiar with Malaysian regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Design Manager
Kedah, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all design activities for large-scale solar projects.
- Interface with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure timely design approvals.
- Ensure design compliance with technical standards, grid requirements, and project specifications.
- Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimisation.
- Provide design support during construction and commissioning stages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar PV design, preferably utility-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, layout optimisation, electrical design, and grid interconnection.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Able to work closely with construction and project teams.

Site Supervisor
Kedah, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and instructions.
- Monitor workmanship, safety compliance, and site housekeeping.
- Coordinate subcontractors and report site progress to the Construction Manager.
- Assist in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in large-scale solar or infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with site safety practices and basic quality control procedures.
- Hands-on, disciplined, and able to work independently on site.
General Requirements

Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Kedah, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender costing & budget
- Administer contract, VO and claims
- Monitor project cost and cash flow
- Liaise with suppliers, consultants & contractors
- Prepare final accounts and reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in QS role
- Strong knowledge of contract administration
- Detail-oriented and good with numbers
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & QS software

Chargeman (BO/AO)
Kedah, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Maintain electrical systems & equipment
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure safe and compliant electrical practices
- Perform troubleshooting & repair works
- Keep maintenance logs and safety records
Requirements:
- Valid Chargeman Certificate (AO or BO)
- Min 3–5 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, gensets, solar (advantage)
- Strong safety awareness and discipline
- Willing to support project sites when required
